Many people claim that because of independent judges, juries, court appointed lawyers, criminal defendants in America have too many rights, and too many guilty defendants avoid conviction.
One interesting point is that, in spite of those protections, some innocent defendants continue to be convicted. (See below.) Because the USA does not execute many convicted defendants, some innocent people are still alive.
Too bad that Chinese defendants do not have more rights. Too bad that so many of them are executed. It is obvious that the CCP executes many innocent Chinese every year.
